Teaching by Rabbi Dr Alon Goshen-Gottstein with a response by Swami Atmapriyananda.
Rabbi Dr Alon Goshen-Gottstein
Rabbi Alon Goshen-Gottstein is acknowledged as one of the world’s leading figures in interreligious dialogue. He is founder and director of the Elijah Interfaith Institute. His work bridges the theological and academic dimension with a variety of practical initiatives, especially involving world religious leadership. A noted scholar of Jewish studies, he has held academic posts at Tel Aviv University and has served as director of the Center for the Study of Rabbinic Thought, Beit Morasha College, Jerusalem.
Swami Atmapriyananda
is Vice Chancellor of Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda University since 2005. Before becoming a monk, Swami Atmapriyananda completed his doctoral programme leading to PhD degree from the Department of Theoretical Physics, University of Madras, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, in 1975.
Followed by Muslim, Christian, and Jewish prayers, including a Muslim prayer by Fadwa Kirrish and a Christian prayer by Erika Tritle.
