Praying Together in Jerusalem for the Safety and Success of the Olive Harvest

A sub-theme of "Upholding Human Dignity" is ensuring that people have their material needs. In all our faiths, there are teachings that this includes creating the circumstances in which people are able to support themselves economically, with dignity.

Thursday, November 7th. The gathering will be in two parts: early in the day, the Jerusalem Interfaith Forum, of which Praying Together is a member, will hold interfaith prayers for the success of the forthcoming olive harvest, on which so many Palestinians rely for their sustenance. This will be an in-person gathering.

At 5:00 pm Jerusalem time (please note, we are now on the earlier winter time), we will hold our Zoom gathering to show footage of the earlier event and to continue our shared prayers.
